  1. Potentially ominous (or theoretically, beneficial) message. Do you think it was part of a mass emailing, or was it specifically directed to you? And since the linked-to document seems to be legit, has it surfaced anywhere else to your knowledge?

    • I’m pretty sure I saw it in one of those “Research Pack” bundles of declassified documents that used to float around the internet. I don’t think it was targeted super-directly—probably a focused broadcast to WordPress-based sites with “weird” topics!
